- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, season and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove from skillet, let rest, then slice thinly.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp seasoned with Cajun seasoning; cook for about 3-4 minutes until pink.
- Lower heat; pour in heavy cream, stirring in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Toss cooked fettuccine with sauce, sliced steak, and shrimp until well coated.
