- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on the countertop. Mince the garlic and slice the mozzarella.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet; sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in cooked pasta and add mozzarella pieces. Gently mix until cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
- Remove from heat and toss in fresh basil before serving.
