- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add in sugar, then mix in sour cream and cocoa powder until combined.
- Puree fresh strawberries and gently fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer alternating spoonfuls of chocolate filling and strawberry puree into the crust; swirl gently with a knife to create patterns.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains slightly jiggly. Let cool in the oven before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
