Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in flour and cinnamon until well combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Place the cookie balls on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Allow cookies to cool on wire racks before serving.
