Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Stir well.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit in half and arrange on top of the meat layer without overlapping.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
