Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

- Add ground beef along with salt, pepper, and oregano; cook until browned.
- Stir in canned diced tomatoes and let simmer for five minutes.
- Prepare biscuit mix according to package instructions; fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Dollop biscuit dough over the meat mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
