- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 lb red potatoes, diced
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 1 oz ranch dressing mix
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Wash green beans under cold water and trim ends.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy; remove bacon but leave grease in the skillet.
- Add diced red potatoes to the skillet along with ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir to coat.
- Stir in fresh green beans and add enough water to cover slightly; simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Return bacon to the skillet along with butter; toss gently to combine before serving.
