Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces; season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in oil until translucent (3-4 minutes). Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and chili powder; cook for a minute before adding tomatoes. Simmer for five minutes.
- Gradually pour in cream (or coconut milk) while stirring; add chicken pieces and cover. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.
