Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake taco shells on a baking sheet for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
- Wash and slice strawberries, tossing with sugar if desired.
- Assemble tacos by spooning cheesecake filling into each shell, then topping with strawberries and whipped cream.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over tacos before serving.
