Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Scrub the potatoes clean, then pat dry and cut into one-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
