Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and add minced garlic and seasonings; cook until fragrant. Stir in parmesan until melted.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into squares about 4 inches wide.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square and fold corners to seal tightly.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
