Instructions
- Brew your espresso using your preferred method.
- Heat the milk until steaming but not boiling, then froth it until airy.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a large mug, pour hot espresso followed by frothed milk.
- Add spoonfuls of the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
