Instructions
- Slice the brie cheese and apple into thin pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix equal parts of cinnamon and sugar to create cinnamon sugar.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering brie and apple slices between two slices of sourdough; sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously before closing.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter; let it melt until sizzling.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice diagonally, and serve hot.
