Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until combined.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into wet ingredients without overmixing.
  5. Stir in red food coloring and gently fold in crushed OREOs.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
