- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer meat sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese dollops, mozzarella cheese, and basil. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
- Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
