Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and coconut until smooth.
- Roll out the King's Hawaiian bread into a rectangle on parchment paper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture down the center of the dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
