- 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, 2 eggs, and water as per package instructions until smooth.
- In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Spread the cheesecake mixture on top evenly, then dollop remaining brownie batter over it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
