Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Add cold butter cubes and mix until crumbly.
- Fold in bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk heavy cream and egg; gradually add to the dry mixture while folding gently until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface, pat into a rectangle about 1 inch thick; cut into triangles or rounds.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
