Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in Chex cereal and nuts until coated.
- Add banana chips and mix carefully.
- Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before serving.
