- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp relish
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the Big Mac sauce.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, browned beef, pickles, onion, and cheese.
- Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
