Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the Big Mac sauce.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, browned beef, pickles, onion, and cheese.
  5. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
