Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and ensure grates are clean and lightly oiled.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Rub generously over each chicken breast.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While grilling, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, and pepper for the Alabama White Sauce.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with Alabama White Sauce and serve.
