Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly grease a springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and sugar, mixing until creamy. Incorporate eggs one at a time, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in cinnamon and diced apples.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set. The center should jiggle slightly.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
