Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, toss pitted cherries with maple syrup and cinnamon, then pour into the prepared dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, toasted almonds, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until mixture is clumpy.
- Spread the crisp topping evenly over the cherries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
