- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tsp garam masala

Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken: In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Add cubed chicken and coat well. Allow marinating for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- 2. Sauté aromatics: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
- 3. Add tomatoes: Pour in crushed tomatoes and remaining marinade; simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 4. Create sauce: Reduce heat; gently stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 5. Cook chicken: Add marinated chicken to the sauce; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- 6. Finish with spices: Stir in garam masala before serving.
