- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley or basil (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper; grill over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let rest before slicing.
- Chop bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced steak, chopped veggies, and dressing; mix well.
- Top with fresh herbs before serving.
