Instructions

- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering (approximately 350°F).
- Fry the shrimp balls in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and floating.
- Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil and serve with sweet chili sauce.
