  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  2. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for about 30 seconds. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender and golden-brown (5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in fresh thyme for the last minute of cooking and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top each toasted baguette slice with a piece of Brie cheese followed by sautéed mushrooms. Drizzle with extra olive oil if desired.
