- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sour cream and brown sugar, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow cooling completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least two hours. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
