- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits (8 count)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes (fresh or dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Open the can of biscuits and slightly flatten each one. Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella in the center and fold to seal.
- Arrange the filled biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
