Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Stir and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
