- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger powder until well combined.
- Pour pineapple chunks over the chicken and add the sauce mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the pot before serving and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
