- 2 Ribeye Steaks (about 8 oz each)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 8 oz Rigatoni Pasta
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Chop garlic and grate parmesan cheese.
- Cook the rigatoni: Boil salted water, add rigatoni, and cook until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Sear the steak: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, then sear ribeye on each side for 4-5 minutes until desired doneness.
- Add garlic butter: Lower heat, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, basting the steak for 1 minute.
- Create cheesy rigatoni sauce: In a separate pan, combine heavy cream and parmesan over low heat until smooth. Stir in cooked rigatoni and adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
- Plate: Slice steak against the grain and serve alongside creamy rigatoni topped with parsley.
