- 1 cup blood orange juice (freshly squeezed from about 3 blood oranges)
- 1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed from about 4 limes)
- 2–4 tbsp light agave syrup (to taste)
- 2 cups club soda (plain or flavored)
- Salt or sugar (for rimming glasses)
Instructions
- Rim your glasses with lime juice and dip in salt or sugar.
- Squeeze blood oranges and limes into a measuring cup until you have about one cup of mixed juice.
- Stir in agave syrup until fully dissolved, adjusting sweetness as desired.
- In a pitcher, combine juices with club soda and stir gently to maintain fizz.
- Fill each rimmed glass with ice and pour the mocktail over it. Garnish with slices of blood oranges or lime wedges.
