Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Chop the fresh pineapple into chunks and squeeze the lemons.
- In a blender, combine pineapple chunks with 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp.
- In a pitcher, mix strained pineapple juice with lemon juice and remaining water. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves.
