Instructions
- Shuck the corn and cut the kernels off the cob.

- Gently fold in the chopped cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; drizzle over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine without mashing the avocado.
- Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
