- 4–6 Fresh lemons (juiced)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cups Water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Juice fresh lemons to yield about one cup of juice, straining out any seeds.
- In a saucepan, combine one cup of water and one cup of sugar over medium heat until dissolved; let cool.
- In a pitcher, mix the lemon juice with the cooled syrup and add two cups of cold water; stir well.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold half into the lemon mixture.
- Serve over ice and top each glass with remaining whipped cream.
