- 1 head iceberg lettuce (about 8 leaves)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili paste (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in grated carrots, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until well combined.
- Rinse lettuce leaves under cold water and pat dry.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each lettuce leaf and serve immediately.
